As the weekend wraps up and the school week is underway, Alpha Kappa Psi would like to thank everyone that made it out to Festival ISU last week Thursday!
From the incoming freshmen, to the junior transfers, we were more than excited to have 75+ registrations prior to rush week!
What’s unique to Alpha Kappa Psi, is not only the professional development that will aid your pursuit to that dream job, but also the friends that you’ll meet along the way. That’s why we decided to encompass our brothers into the classic TV show “Friends”.
From the laughs and smiles, to the drive and professionalism, we’re on a mission to become the best individuals we can be.
If you didn’t have a chance to register, don’t sweat it! There’s still time and we’d love to see you on September 3rd at our first official information night in the College of Business room 357 from 7:00pm-8:00pm.
Have a great week everyone!
Special thanks to
For putting together an amazing twist on the "Friends" theme song and video!!
The college experience is an amazing time for students as they embark on a journey towards self-discovery of who they are, and who they wish to be.
Yes, academics are an important part of college, but what happens outside of the classroom is a huge part of that journey that you don’t want to miss out on!
What’s unique to the college experience are the endless opportunities that students can take on and with Festival ISU just around the corner you have the chance to check out over 300 registered students organizations and businesses in the surrounding area!
It can be overwhelming with all these questions flying through your mind…..
“Do I want to join a sports club?”
“What about that art club?”
“Should I try something new?
“Is going Greek for me?”
“Is that free food!?”
“Is that a video game club?”
“What’s a business fraternity?”
“I want a picture with Reggie Redbird”
“More free food!?”
Toss some music and a ton of students into the mix and now we have a something really exciting to look forward to!
So as you prepare for tomorrows exciting day, consider what you want out of your college experience and join an organization that cares about YOU and your growth. Join an organization that is co-ed and open to ALL majors. Join an organization that’s fun and knows how to suit up. Join an organization that challenges you now to become the person you always wanted to become. Join an organization that has a network of over 240,000 members and still growing. Join an organization that feels more like a family. Join an organization that will be the best decision of your college career.
See you tomorrow Redbirds!
